Step inside the magic of Walt Disney World Golf for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at one of the industry’s most recognized operations. This immersive session invites you to explore the property in small groups, connect directly with department leaders, and uncover the strategies that keep this world-class facility running at its best. Space is limited! General Manager Bruce Gerlander and his team will guide the session and provide insights and inspiration you can take back to your own course — whether it’s elevating guest experiences, fine-tuning operations, reimagining your marketing plan, or simply taking in spur-of-the-moment discoveries. The session concludes with a recap of shared experiences and takeaways over a group lunch in the Magnolia Ballroom.
