COVID-19 Protection Policy

The NGCOA’s Golf Business Conference 2022 (GBC22) COVID-19 policy will be in accordance with PGA 2022 Terms of Service for Participation in the Event, and local, state, federal or venue policies that may change at any time.

Please be prepared for these changes that could request proof of vaccination, the wearing of masks or other policies. Attendees will be expected to observe any policies in place to help us all experience the safest possible GBC22 we can. Attendees with a documented medical condition or disability from their physician would be exempt from vaccination or mask policies that may be in place.

Please review the PGA 2022 Terms of Service for Participation in the Event provided by Reed Exhibitions that are part of the registration process. These terms and conditions will be applicable for all GBC22 and 2022 PGA events at all locations between Jan 23 and Jan 29, 2022.

For the health and well being of all attendees, COVID-19 vaccination is strongly encouraged.

Please note, all attendees are required to notify the NGCOA at any time if they are experiencing COVID-19 systems or had direct contact with any individual who is experiencing symptoms. Should this occur, the NGCOA will initiate contact tracing to identify any individuals who could put attendees and sponsors at an increased risk of exposure. If any individual presents an increased risk to others, they will be asked to discontinue participation in the conference and isolate themselves from other participants for the duration of the conference. GBC registration fees, hotel reservations, or pre-conference event fees are non-refundable should this situation arise.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding of our desire to provide an event that minimizes the risk of COVID-19 exposure for all attendees.
